At Uvlora, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your request is approved, we'll provide complete return instructions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is the wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Products damaged by misuse
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (when marked as such)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at uvloraa@gmail.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging.
